"Dr.Amal A-Ghassani, is serving as the department head of Community and Mental health at the Oman College of Health Sciences-Nursing Program. Dr. Amal received her undergraduate degree and master's from Villanova University in Philadelphia, PA, and her doctorate of Philosophy in Nursing from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in December 2017, and completed a Graduate Certificate in Applied Gerontology in June 2016 from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The focus of Dr. Amal's research is the older adults with dementia and agitation. Dr. Amal's other research interest include older adults, dementia, community, issues related to gerontology, and nursing education."

Sam Vaknin is Visiting Professor of Psychology, Southern Federal University, Rostov-on-Don, Russia and Professor of Finance and Psychology in CIAPS (Centre for International Advanced and Professional Studies). Sam Vaknin is the author of Malignant Self-love: Narcissism Revisited and other books about personality disorders. His work is cited in hundreds of books and dozens of academic papers. He spent the past 6 years developing Cold Therapy: a treatment modality for Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). Over the years, with dozens of volunteers, he found that it was effective with clients suffering from a major depressive episode as well.

She have well over 20 years of clinical experience. She graduated with my Masters' and Doctorate's in Clinical Psychology from Michigan State University and completed my pre and postgraduate training at Harvard Medical School with Beth Israel Hospital. After finishing my postgraduate training at Beth Israel, I completed a fellowship with Harvard Medical School at Massachusetts General Hospital. She have presented as well as published* in the areas of siblings' perceptions of their parents and perceptions of self in contrast to others, domestic violence, conflict resolution, and anger management, among several other topic areas. Also, I am members of the American Psychological Association and The Association of Black Psychologists. Additionally, She have served as a past Membership-Chair and Board Member of the Northern California Society of the Psychoanalytic Psychologists.
